Description: Inspiration College of Teacher Education organised a guest lecture under the scheme "Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav"on the topic "Mental Health and Har Ghar Dhyan" on 4th February 2023 by Mr Bhushan Tiwari faculty of Art of Living. He threw light on the causes of mental illness and mental disorders and also suggested ways to resolve these problems with a mantra of happy life. Pupil Teachers learn the ways to control their emotions and also Pranayam with meditation for increasing concentration.
